Crystal Joyce Martin, 80, of Providence, KY passed away Friday, December 2, 2016 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY.

She was a member of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church.  She was employed at GE for 35 years.  She was a member of the Eastern Star Providence Chapter 304.  She had a passion for gardening, quilting, and her family.  She is preceded in death by her parents John and Mae Wagoner 1 Brother John Ray Wagoner and 2 Sisters Nevaline Harbaugh and Pansy Ashby.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years Charles “Wally” Martin of Providence, KY 2 Daughters Sherry Martin of Danville, KY and Anna Martin and her husband Roland of Simpsonville, KY 3 Sons Ronnie Martin and his wife Beverly, Wayne Martin and his wife Lisa and Mike Martin all of Providence, KY 1 Sister Pearline Offutt of Anton, KY and 2 Brothers Bobby Wagoner of Crofton, KY and Earlene Wagoner of Sacramento, KY  6 Grandchildren and 3 Great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 2:30 PM at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Providence, KY with Bro. Johnnie Davis officiating.  Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Saturday, December 3, 2016 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY.  Eastern Star service will be at 5:00 PM.  Visitation Sunday will be 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home and from 1:00 PM til service time at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Providence, KY.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church Building Fund, 1124 Pleasant Valley Road, Providence, KY 42450.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
