Thomas G. Wallace, 87 of Clay, Kentucky passed away Sunday, February 18th at Breckenridge Place in Morganfield.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Thomas and Gladys (Shelton) Wallace and his brother Jack Wallace.
Tom was born October 24, 1930. He graduated from Western Kentucky University and served in the US Army Aviation. He managed multiple agricultural facilities in the area before returning to farming full time. During his time farming he was recognized for his work in soil conservation.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Pat and his daughters, Dr. Debra Wallace (Jim Peak) of Morganfield and Patricia Tabb of Elizabethtown. His grandsons Nathan (Amanda) Tabb of California, David (Rebecca) Tabb of Elizabethtown, and Kelby (Katelyn) Tabb of Sonora and great grandchildren- Riley, Elijah, Thomas, Charles, and Olivia
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Rev. John Shoulta officiating. Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 20, 2018 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and 9:00 AM til service time on Wednesday.
