Joe Thomas Moore

Joe Thomas Moore, 65 of Clay passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024  at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

Joe was born in Madisonville on May 24, 1958 to the late Cleard and Annie Laura Moore, he was a coal miner for over 40 years and attended Living Faith Christian Center in Clay.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Jerry Lynn Moore in 1946.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years Alice, 2 daughters Rachel Wright (Freddy “Gibby”), Amanda Bell (Richard), 2 sons Jeremiah “Jeremy” Moore, Seth Moore all of Clay, 2 sisters Shirley Rich and Pam Dunbar both of Benton, 2 brothers Charles Moore of Apple Valley, CA and Frank Moore of Evansville, 8 grandchildren Braxton Wright, Mayci Moore, Alli Bell, Addison Bell, Conor Moore, Caiden Moore, Haylee Wright, Ricky Bell, several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be Monday, April 29, 2024 at Living Faith Christian Center in Clay at 1:00 PM with Bro. Rick Oakley will be officiating.  Visitation will be Monday 10:00 AM till service time at the church.
