Maeomi Gayle Moody 41, of Clay, went home to be with her Savior on November 17, 2019. She left this world peacefully surrounded by friends and family and entered into a never ending day of perfect joy. She was an active member of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church. Before her illness, she enjoyed working with the youth of the church, helping with VBS, and going on mission trips. Her greatest desire in life was to glorify God in all things. Her urgent mission in life was to bring up her children to know and follow her Savior Jesus Christ. She was a devoted wife who was married to her childhood sweetheart for 22 years. She was a precious friend to so many. She loved to laugh and was fun to be around. For the last 2 ½ years of her life, she was burdened by sickness and pain. Through these trials, her faith was evident to the world and her family. Her testimony touched many lives. She fought so hard for just one more day to be with her family that she loved so much. She is survived by her husband Jason; children Titus, Caleb, and Madison; parents Larry and George Ann Rowley of Wheatcroft; brother, Jason Rowley of Wheatcroft; nephews Joseph and Jalen Rowley; niece Tara Rowley; aunt and uncle, Kenny and Lorna Hall of Providence who were like second parents to her; several aunts and uncles; and numerous cousins.
