Andrew Jackson "Jack" Johnson, 71, of Clay, KY passed away January 1, 2015 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. He was a coal miner for Island Creek Coal Company for over 20 years. He was in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife Michelle Johnson of Clay, KY 3 Sons Andy Johnson of Providence, KY, Jeff Johnson of Des Moines, Iowa, Paul Johnson of Henderson, KY, 1 Step-son Eric Jones of Bowling Green, KY 4 Sisters Nancy Leggit of Demotte, IN Faye Williams of Clay, KY, Tommie Jean Warren of Clay, KY, Sandy Mclemore of Plattsville, AL, 4 Brothers Buddy Johnson Fort Wayne, IN, Leslie Johnson of Louisville, KY, Benny Johnson of Crayne, KY, Lynn Walker of Dixon, KY, 1 Grandson Dakota Johnson. Memorial services will be conducted Saturday January 3, 2015 1:00 PM at Grace Baptist Church in Clay, Ky. Visitation will be Saturday 11:00 Am til service time at the church.
