Betty Jean Wilson of Henderson, formerly of Wheatcroft passed away Monday, July 1, 2024 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree.  Betty was born in Wheatcroft on December 7, 1934 to the late John and Floella Beach.  She is preceded in death by her husband Charles in 1992, 2 sons Charles Jr. in 1992, Jimmy in 2007 and one daughter Beverly Zahn in 2019, 8 brothers and 5 sisters. She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy.

Survivors include 1 daughter Kay Monroe of Robards, 1 sister Margaret Foster of Morganfield, honorary  daughter Mary Coomer, Grandchildren Jimmy Zahn, Sondra Herport, Steven Newcom, Danyel Pugh, Robert Wilson, Miranda Wilson, Kayla Wilson, Kimberly Williams, Adam Williams, 19 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be Friday, July 5, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Stacey Foster officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Henderson.  Visitation will be from 10:00 AM till service time at the funeral home.
