Brenda Faye Harvey, 75 of Clay passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.

Brenda was born in Clay on March 25, 1946 to the late Lankford and Louise Overfield.

She worked in the Webster County Clerk's office as deputy clerk for several years.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Clay.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death 2 grandsons Raphael Hill and Rhett Hill

and her sister Sharon Williams.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years Paul of Clay, 3 daughters Lucinda Townsend (Robby), Melissa Wolfe (Travis) both of Clay, Rachel Hill (Ryan) of Mt. Juliet, TN, 1 son Tim Harvey (Ashley) of Cunningham, KY, 2 sisters Dianne Kuykendall (Larry) of Clay, Carol Turner (Terry) of Dixon and 1 brother Stan Overfield of Owensboro, 8 grandchildren Mitch Townsend (Lacey), Ashley Provow (Tyler), Vann Townsend (Koty), Johnathan Belt, Connor Wolfe, Rylee Hill, Ezra Harvey and Rowan Harvey, 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 12:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Clay with Bro. Jeff McMain officiating.  Burial to follow in White Oak Cemetery where Bro. Corey Rash will have the committal service.  Visitation will be Friday, September 24, 2021 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the church and 9:00 AM til service time on Saturday.
