Brett Michael Nelson 27 of Lexington, KY passed away Saturday March 14, 2015 in Lexington, KY. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Lt. Col. Jimmie C. Nelson. He is survived by his father Tim Nelson and his wife Vicky of Pataskala, OH., and his mother Caren McCarty and her husband Ken of Lexington, KY., 1 Brother Hunter Nelson of Lexington, KY. His grandparents Peggy Durbin of Clay, KY and William and Virginia Gleason of New Orleans, LA., 1 Step Sister Paige Glunt of New York, and 1 Step Brother Josh Glunt and his wife Erica of South Carolina. 2 Aunts Angie Towery and her husband David of Clay, KY., and Cathy Gleason of New Orleans, LA. Private memorial services were held on Saturday June 13, 2015 with burial in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay,Ky. Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY was in charge of arrangements.
