Bro. Curtis Casmer Osborn, 81, of Providence, KY passed away Saturday, May 13, 2017 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN.

He was head of maintenance for 48 years at Hoover in Providence, KY.

Bro. Curtis was former pastor and member of Pentecostal Prayer Chapel.

He is preceded in death by his son Jeff Osborn in 1992 and a grandson Richard Jr. in 1985.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years Betty Shoulders Osborn of Providence, KY 1 Son Richard Osborn (Schyrel) of Providence, KY 1 Sister Eula Mae Lantrip (Billy) of Manitou, KY 2 Brothers Paul Osborn of Bowling Green, KY and Bobby Osborn of Nebo, KY 5 Grandchildren Sherry Barron, Nikki Burton, Carrie Fulton, Ashley Fulton and Brennan Railey 5 Great-grandchildren Autumn, Austin, and Aaron Miller, Bo and Farrah Burton.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Joe David Laffoon officiating.  Burial will be in Concord Cemetery in Manitou, KY.  Visitation will be Tuesday, May 16, 2017 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and on Wednesday from 8:00 AM til service time.
