Dr.Carole Rayburn 79 of Maryland passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Rayburn. Sister of Carl F. Miller, Jr. Carole was a Psychologist, Researcher, including a recipient of the William C. Bier Research Award for Psychology of Religion Division, a Writer and fighter for women's rights. She was past President of the Maryland Psychological Association and also a lover of animals including her four dogs.
