Carolyn Louise Simpson 65 of Clay, KY passed away Sunday December 16, 2012 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was a Baptist, She was preceded in death by her father William Thomas Simpson in 2009. She is survived by 1 daughter Serena Gentry of Dixon, KY and 1 son Kyle Hadley of Clay, KY. Mother Margaret Simpson of Clay, KY., 1 Sister Kristina Hopper of Clay, KY 2 Brothers William "Willie" Simpson of Clay, KY and Tommy Nolan Simpson of Grand Rivers, KY.  5 Grandchildren Krystal, Jessica, Robert, Audrey, and Alexa. 2 Great Grand Maddie and Camdyn. Memorial services will be conducted Friday December 21, 2012 7:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Paul Ware officiating. Friends may call from 6:00 PM til service time Friday at the funeral home.
