Carolyn Vaughn, 80 of Dixon passed away Saturday, November 23, 2024 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh.

Carolyn was born on October 29, 1944 in Providence to the late R.J. and Evadean Hayes.

She was a member of Christ Temple Church in Providence.  Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Richard Vaughn in 2022.

Survivors include a daughter Kelli Stone of Poole and 3 grandchildren Logan Stone, Karlie Stone, and Connor Stone.

Funeral services will be Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Brother Rick Oakley officiating.  Burial will be in Rocksprings Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday 11:00 AM till service time at the funeral home.
