Charles William Blackburn, 79, of Clay passed away Friday, March 22, 2019 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.

Charles was born February 5, 1940 in Grove Center, KY to the late Charlie and Evelyn Blackburn.

He had worked at R H Mining Supply.

He was a member of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church in Blackford.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years Ruby Blackburn, 1 step-son Gene Woodall of Owensboro 1 brother Roger Blackburn of Clay and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 25, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Ronnie Gibson officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday 9:00 AM til service time at the funeral home.
