Charles Wallace Heady, 80, of Blackford, KY passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. He was a field representative for AFLCIO. He was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rites and he was also a Shriner.  He was a member of Hope Community Church of God in Clarkesville, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Alda Heady in 1989 and a brother Gary Heady. Survivors include Robin Littlepage of Nortonville, KY and Becky Meadows of Clay, KY  2 Sons Roger Dale Heady of Robinson, IL and Ron Heady of Dixon, KY 1 Sister Adrena Green of Clay, KY and 1 Brother Bruce Heady of Blackford, KY 8 Grandchildren and 12 Great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday, July 20, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Mike Putman, Bro. Larry Williams and Bro. Gary Dock officiating.  Burial will be in Blackford Cemetery in Blackford, KY.  Visitation will be Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and from 9:00 AM til service time on Monday.  There will be a Masonic Service Sunday night at 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
