Charles Hoffman, 81 of Marion passed away Friday, December 25, 2020 at his residence.

Charles was born in Shelby, NC on December 5, 1939.

He was in the United States Army.  He worked and retired from Abel Distributing in sales and service of vacuums and sewing machines in Chicago Heights, IL.

He is preceded in death by a son John Hoffman in 2016.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years Lou Hoffman, a daughter Lisa Hoffman (Roger Cook) of Highland, IN, 3 sons David Hoffman of Marion, Mark Hoffman (April) of Pelzer, SC, Matthew Hoffman (Michele) of Fort Collins, CO, a sister Bobbie Malek of Austin, TX, 2 brothers Jackie Morris and Jerry Morris both of Texas, 8 grandchildren Dannielle Hoffman, Joanna Savickas, Jonathan Hoffman, Patrick Hoffman, Joann Hoffman, Abigail Hoffman, Colby Ballard and Gage Hoffman and 7 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay with Rev. Joe Baker officiating with Military Rites at the gravesite.
