Daisy Juanita McDowell, 87, of Clay, KY passed away Sunday, December 13, 2015 at National Healthcare in Madisonville, KY. She was a seamstress. She was a lifelong member of Oak Grove Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Blackford, KY.  She was also a member of Cumberland Presbyterian Women. She is survived by 2 Sons Mike McDowell and his wife Kafie of Clay, KY Jimmy McDowell and his wife Mary Ann of Madisonville, KY.  1 Sister Alberta Fuller of Blackford, KY 1 Brother Clifton E. Cowan and his wife Jo Ann of Calvert City, KY 3 Granddaughters Shara D. Metcalf and her husband John of Madisonville, KY Amy Mathena and her husband Dennis of Newburgh, IN, and Melinda Gilliam and her husband Nick of Evansville, IN.  7 Great-grandchildren Jessica Webster and her husband Josh and Lacey Wyatt and her husband Kevin both of Providence, KY Laura, Cady, Sara, Megan and Byrce Gilliam all of Evansville, IN. 4 Great-great grandchildren Camdyn, Addison, Lakin and Charlie Jo all of Providence, KY. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Oak Grove Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Blackford, KY.  Rev. James Fulton and Dr. Curt Yarbrough will be officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Blackford, KY.  Visitation will be Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from 4:00 PM til 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY and from 9:00 AM til service time at the church.
