David Earl Felker, 64, of Clay, KY passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at his home. He was a member of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Providence, KY. He was preceded in death by 1 sister Shelia Groves and his parents Orville Felker and Dorothy Stofleth. He was a coal miner at Island Creek Coal Co. for 23 years. He is survived by his companion Midge Nail of Clay, KY 2 Sons Tod Felker and his wife Laura of Henderson, KY David Felker and his wife Tammy of Clay, KY 1 Daughter Mitzi Soukup and her husband David of Clay, KY 4 Brothers Tony Felker and his wife Loretta of Providence, KY Jerry Felker of Providence, KY Robert Felker and his wife Debbie of Clay, KY Darrel Felker of Clay, KY 1 Sister Candy Gibson and her husband Gary of Clay, KY Step-mother Betty Felker of Clay, KY and God mother Vondell Johnson of San Antonio, TX 6 Grandchildren Alexa Felker Cody Felker Rachel Felker Toby Felker Colten Edwards Chloe Felker. Funeral services will be Saturday, January, 31, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Laddie Pride officiating and burial at Rowland Cemetery in Caldwell County, KY.  Visitation will be Friday, January 30, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and from 8:00 AM til service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
