David Earl Wallace, 76, of Clay, KY passed away November 30, 2015 at Redbanks Colonial Terrace in Sebree, KY. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Elsie Wallace of Clay, KY 3 daughters Amy Carlisle and her husband Brad of Clay, KY Lori and Lisa both of Antioch, TN 1 Son Jeff Wallace and his wife Paula of Clay, KY 1 Sister Jo Nell Kyler and her husband David of Cadiz, KY 1 Brother Harold Wallace of Monterey, IN 5 Grandchildren Paige and Brandon Carlisle, Jalen, Moriah and Ethan Wallace all of Clay, KY Funeral services will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Jeff McMain officiating.  Burial will be in Fox Cemetery in Providence, KY.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 2, 2015 3:00 PM- 8:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM til service time. Memorial contributions may be made to Redbanks Colonial Terrace Activities, 142 Roger Powell Road, Sebree, KY 42455.  Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
