Debra Burton Meadows, 73 of Henderson formerly of Clay passed away Friday, December 29, 2023 at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN.

Debra was born in Wheatcroft on May 18, 1950 to the late R.L. and Ima Dorris Burton.

She was a Kentucky Colonel and a member of Chapel Hill Church in Henderson.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by 2 granddaughters Audrey and Ashley Meadows and 2 brothers Donnie Burton and Wayne Burton .

Survivors include her husband of 53 years Robert "Bobby" Meadows, daughters Jennifer Meadows (David Dillman), son Shane Meadows (Olympia) all of Henderson, brother Roger Mack Burton of Newburgh, 8 grandchildren Paige Meadows, Matthew Owen Meadows, Major, Maddyx, Mayze "Poppa", Marlee, William Dillman (Siera), Alleigh Dillman, 2 great-grandchildren Jayce Meadows and Grayson Dillman and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be Friday, January 5, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Jennifer Williams officiating. Visitation will be Friday 12:00 PM till service time at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions can be made to Evansville Rescue Mission, 500 East Walnut Street, Evansville, IN 47713-2438 envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
