Delmer Wayne Price 89, of Clay passed away Friday December 3, 2021 at The Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson.  He was born on July 7, 1932 in Wheatcroft,  KY to the late Joseph and Mable Price.  He was a member of Webb Memorial United Methodist Church in Clay.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Anna Lou Price and his brother Kenneth Price.

He is survived by one daughter Shannon L. Price and her husband Timothy Collins of Bushnell IL. One son Ricky Price and his wife Kathy of Clay and one grandson Daniel Price Collins of Baltimore MD.

Funeral Services will be Monday December 6, 2021 at Webb Memorial United Methodist Church in Clay at 12:00 PM with Brother Cameron Edwards officiating. Burial will be at Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay.   Visitation will be from 9:00 AM till service time at 12:00 PM.
