Donna Jean Pryor, 39, of Providence, KY passed away Friday, October 23, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She is survived by her mother Linda McChesney of Providence, KY 1 Sister Tammy Pryor of Providence, KY 2 Brothers James Daniel Pryor and Tony Curtis Pryor both of Providence, KY many aunts and uncles nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be Sunday, October 25, 2015 at First General Baptist Church in Clay, KY at 2:00 PM with Bro. Mike Putman officiating.  Visitation will be from 1:00 PM til service time on Sunday at the First General Baptist Church in Clay, KY.
