Dorothy Louise Gipson, 74 of Henderson passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson.

Dorothy was born in Henderson on August 26, 1946 to the late John and Ida Mae Stone.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Hubert in 2011.

Survivors include 1 sister Doris Loney of Henderson, special friend and care taker Kathy Tigue of Henderson, several nieces and nephews.  A special thank you to Dorothy's social worker Carolyn and her hospice nurses Stephany and Jamie that took such great care of her.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 26, 2020 at 12:00 PM at Kindred Spirits Church, 34 Clark Street, Henderson, KY with Bro. Gerald Wilson officiating.  Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon.  Visitation will be Saturday 9:00 AM til service time at the church.
