Eloys Fay Gamblin, 68, of Providence, KY passed away Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. Survivors include 4 Sons Roger Hogan of New York, Ronnie Gipson of Wheatcroft, KY, Stephen Gamblin of Paducah, KY, and Etna Gamblin of Clay, KY  1 Step-son Billy Gamblin of South Carolina  4 Step-daughters Jannie Ferguson of Madisonville, KY Rosanna Colburn of Dawson Springs, KY Nona Martin of South Carolina and Regina Murror of South Carolina.  5 Sisters Judy Litchfield of Wheatcroft, KY Jessie Earl of Nebo, KY Nancy Phillips of Sacramento, KY Peggy Noffsinger and Juanita Horning both of Providence, KY  2 Brothers Leamon McVay of Providence, KY and Richard McVay of Diamond, KY  20 Grandchildren and 20 Great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Pastor William A. Earl officiating.  Burial will be in Green Grove Cemetery in Providence, KY.  Visitation will be Wednesday, July 8, 2015 from 10:00 AM til service time at the funeral home.
