Frank Davis Rutherford, 76, of Clay, KY passed away Sunday, November 13, 2016 at Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY.

He worked at Peabody for 42 years.

He was a member of First Baptist Church in Clay, KY.

He is preceded in death by his son Darrell Rutherford in 2011.

Survivors include his wife of 55 years Betty Rutherford of Clay, KY 1 Son Kevin Rutherford and his wife Kelly of New Market, Alabama 1 Brother Jimmy Rutherford of Beckley, West Virginia 3 Grandchildren Lori Watson, Baily Rutherford and Eric Rutherford and 1 Great-granddaughter Emmalyn Zachary.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. James Taylor and Bro. Jeff McMain officiating.  Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY. Military Honors will be conducted at the grave site.  Visitation will be Tuesday, November 15, 2016 4:00 PM til 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and 9:00 AM til service time on Wednesday.
