Frankie Wayne Roberts, 86, of Providence, KY passed away Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. She was a member of Integrity Ministries Church in Providence, KY. She was a cook at the Sureway deli for many years. She is preceded in death by her husband Bruce Roberts in 1995 2 Sons Brent in 2005 and Eddie in 2012 2 Grandsons Scott Edward Hill in 1994 and Steven Wayne Hill in 2011. Survivors include 2 Daughters Phyllis Woolsey and her husband Wayne of Manitou, KY and Donna Guizio of Paducah, KY 2 Sons Ronnie Roberts and his wife Rita of Nebo, KY and Todd Roberts of Clay, KY 6 Grandchildren Alex and Zack Roberts, Jessi Davis, Carrie Kirkwood, Mackenzie Guizio-Crockett and Leslie Roberts 7 Great-grandchildren and 2 Great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Integrity Ministries Church in Providence, KY at 2:00 PM with Bro. Brian Kirkwood officiating.  Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Sunday, November 1, 2015 from 9:00 AM til service time at the church.
