Geneva Marie Gardner, 78 of Dixon passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at her residence.

Geneva was born on September 25, 1943 in Webster County to the late Mack and Flora Phillips.

She was a member of Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Providence.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Donnie in 2007.

Survivors include 1 daughter Melissa Prow (Clint) of Providence, 1 son Jeff Gardner (Carol) of Eureka, IL, 1 sister Joyce Railey (Bill) of Providence, 1 brother David Phillips (Norma) of Dixon, 6 grandchildren Alicia Kallal (Steven) of Glen Carbon, IL, Sarah Gardner of Washington D.C., Nick Keown (Alli) of Clay, Kaitlyn Prow of Providence, Jacob Keown of Grand Rivers, Will Prow of Providence and 1 great-grandchild Eva Kallal.

Funeral service will be Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Pleasant Valley Missionary Baptist Church in Providence with Bro. Ethan Watson and Bro. Johnnie Davis officiating.  Burial to follow in White Oak Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday 9:30 AM til service time at the church.
