George H. Snyder, 72, of Clay, KY passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015 at his residence. He was long time member of First General Baptist Church in Clay, KY He organized and led the men's prayer breakfast for many years at the Frist General Baptist Church in Clay, KY He was owner of Snyder Tree Service for more than 25 years. He is survived by his wife of 27 years Mollise Snyder of Clay, KY 1 Daughter Kelly Brooks of Plainfield, IN, 2 Step-daughters Stacey Hill and Tara Pelton both of Clay, KY 2 sons Jon Snyder of Jamestown, IN Leeland Snyder of Chanhassen, MN 3 Sisters Linda Best of Streamwood, IL Dorothy Andrews of Ellwood, PA Barbara Duncan of Terre Haute, IN 11 Grandchildren and 2 Great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 1:00 PM at the First General Baptist Church in Clay, KY with Bro. Mike Putman, Dr. Curt Yarbrough and Bro. Harry Baldwin will be officiating.  Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY Visitation will be Friday, April 10, 2015 2:00 PM til 8:00 PM at the First General Baptist Church in Clay, KY.
