Rebecca Knight, 88, of Clay, KY passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Ridgewood Terrace in Madisonville, KY. She attended First General Baptist church in Clay, KY. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary at Clay American Legion. She was a hairdresser and worked at the Plastic Factory in Providence. She is preceded in death by her husband Gene Ray Knight in 1980. Survivors include 1 Son Donnie Knight and his wife Betty of Clay, KY 1 Brother Forrest "Red" Conrad of Clay, KY 1 Sister Margaret Sorrel of Raleigh, North Carolina 2 Grandchildren Katy Black and her husband Chad of Clay, KY and Jesse Knight and his wife Tasha of Waterloo, Iowa 7 Great-grandchildren Paige Shoulders, Payton Black, Nolan Black, Nickolas Cole, Victoria, Alexandria and James Cameron Knight. Funeral Service will be Sunday, August 24, 2014 at 4:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home with Bro. Larry Williams officiating.  Burial to follow in Rocksprings Cemetery in Wheatcroft, KY.  Visitation will be Sunday, August 24, 2014 from 1:00 PM til service time at the funeral home.
