Gerald S. McGill, 92, of Clay, KY passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Shemwells Health Care in Providence, KY, He was a farmer for many years and owned McGill Farms in Blackford, KY.  He had been a member of White Oak General Baptist Church since the early 1980's. He was preceded in death by his wife Joyce in 2008. Survivors include 1 Daughter Connie Hibbs (Bill) of Owensboro, KY  1 Son Jerry McGill (Jane) of Clay, KY 1 Sister Jackie Barnhart of Galatin, TN 4 Grandchildren and 7 Great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral  Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Rick Oakley and Dr. Curt Yarbrough officiating. Visitation will be Monday, May 5, 2014 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY and Tuesday from 9 til service time.
