Gina Paige Parker, 47 of Providence passed away on Sunday March 8, 2026 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.  Gina was born on February 12, 1979 in Fort Lauderdale, FL to David Wainer and Karen Newberry. She is preceded in death by her father David Wainer in July 2009.

Survivors include her daughter Katelynn Wainer of Dawson Springs, her mother Karen Newberry of Providence, sister Melody Jacoby(Alan) of Gulf Port, MS, 1 brother AJ Newberry of Providence, caregiver and companion Steve Parker of Providence.

Graveside Services will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Dixon, KY at 2:00 PM with Brother Ralph Alexander officiating.
