Homer Luther Stone, 83, of Clay, KY passed away Monday, June 5, 2017.

Homer was employed at Whirlpool in Evansville, IN for many years.  He was a member of Living Faith Christian Assembly in Wheatcroft, KY.  He is preceded in death by 3 children Bruce Timothy Stone, Robert DeWayne Stone and Shelia "Cricket" May.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years Dorothy Curry Stone of Clay, KY 5 Daughters Debra Moxley, Dana Marie Stone, Melissa Stone and Penny Gatten all of Clay, KY Patricia Stone of Corydon, IN 3 Sons Stanley Stone of Providence, KY Joseph Stone and Robin Stone both of Clay, KY 1 Brother William Stone of Clay, KY 23 Grandchildren 32 Great-grandchildren 3 Great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Friday, June 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Rick Oakley officiating.  Burial will be Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Thursday, June 8, 2017 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and Friday 8:00 AM til service time.
