Joe Norris Felker's Obituary
Joe Norris Felker, 62, of Nebo, KY passed away Friday, July 20, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Felker was born in Madisonville on February 24, 1956 to the late Martha Elizabeth Felker. He worked at various sawmills.
He is preceded in death by his wife Barbara Felker in 2015.
Survivors include 2 step-sons James and Jeffrey Maxey both of Nebo.
Memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
