Joseph "Joe" Stone, 65 of Clay passed away Saturday, January 14, 2023 at his residence.

Joe was born in Beechgrove, IN on June 17, 1957 to Homer and Dorothy Stone.

He is preceded in death by his father Homer, 2 brothers Robert "Stoney" Stone, Bruce Stone and a sister Sheila "Cricket" Maye.

Survivors include his son Joseph Stone (Abbey) of Princeton, his mother Dorothy Stone, 5 sisters Debra Moxley, Patricia Stone, Dana Stone, Melissa Stone, Penny Gatten, 2 brothers Stanley Stone (Lou), Robin Stone all of Clay, 2 grandchildren Conner and Finnley Stone and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Rick Oakley officiating.  Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay.  Visitation will be Thursday 10:00 AM till service time at the funeral home.
