Karen Sue Smith, 71 of Providence passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.

Karen was born in Madisonville on July 18, 1950 to the late Gene and Sue Quisenberry.

Survivors include Harry Smith, 2 daughters Shannon Quinn (Gerald) of Providence and Desire' Cranick of Morganfield, 1 sister Kathy of Texas, 1 brother Keith Quisenberry(LaJean) of Marion, 4 grandchildren Gerald Quinn, Jr., Sarah Reynolds, Katherine Quinn, Amber Lynn Scherzinger and 5 great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at 2:00 PM at Christ Temple Church in Providence.

Vanover Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
