Kathy Jo Thornton, 63 of Clay passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2022.

Kathy was born on September 15, 1958 in Princeton to the late W.L. Whitford and Lucille Whitford.  She attended Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Wheatcroft.

Survivors include a daughter Brooke Norris of Sebree, a son Bryan Campbell (Samantha) of Clay and 7 grandchildren Peyton Campbell, Kylee Lamb, Wesley Lamb, Lillian Campbell, Caden Campbell, Ethan Campbell and Olivia Campbell.

Funeral service will be Friday, April 29, 2022 at 3:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Bro. Dale Williams officiating.  Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay.  Visitation will be Friday 10:00 AM till service time at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Kathy Thornton Memorial Fund, c/o Vanover Funeral Home, P O Box 380, Clay, KY 42404 envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
