Katie Catherine Heady, 76, of Blackford, KY passed away Thursday, April 10, 2014 at her home in Blackford, KY. She was a long time member of Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her husband of 57 years Marshall Heady 2 Daughters Tammy Rich of Uniontown, KY Vickie Pritchett of Clay, KY 2 Sons Mark Heady of Blackford, KY Richard Heady of Clay, KY 1 Sister Virginia Shields of Marion, KY 9 Grandchildren and 3 Great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 3:00 P.M. at Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Blackford, KY with Bro. James Fulton officiating. Burial to follow in Blackford Cemetery in Blackford, KY. Visitation will be Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY.
