Lester Downs, 63, of Hopkinsville, KY passed away Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at his home.

He was of the Baptist faith.

He owned and operated Western Kentucky Heating and Cooling for many years.

He is preceded in death by a grandson Seth Downs in 2013.

Survivors include his wife of 13 years Roxann Downs of Hopkinsville, KY, his mother Ada Annelle Downs of Morganfield, KY 1 Daughter Lynn McWorthy of Sturgis, KY 2 Sons Chris Downs of Sturgis, KY and Erick Downs of San Diego, California, KY  2 Sisters Sheryl Downs and Vickie Butts both of Sturgis, KY  3 Brothers Greg Downs, Doug Downs, and Darrell Downs all of Sturgis. KY 1 half-sister Sharalee Truado of Dexter, New Mexico 1 half-brother Dwayne Delquadro of Salt Lake City, Utah  3 Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Freddie Mosley officiating.  Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Saturday, November 19, 2016 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home and from 10:00 AM on Sunday til service time at the funeral home.
