Lorena "Pudgie" Liles of Clay, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Redbanks Nursing Home in Henderson, KY. Lorena was born in Roanoke, LA to the late Irwin and Lavina Carter.  She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Providence.  Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Glenn  in 2010, her son Keith Liles in 1995 and her brother Melvin Carter.

Survivors include 2 daughters Robin Jewell (Mark) of Newburgh, IN and Cheri Edens (Jackie) of Clay, 1 sister Polly Boudreaux (Jeff) of Jennings, LA, 6 grandchildren Kimberly Seaton, Kristen Pryor, Kirk Rich, Nicholas Rich, Kayci Edens and Kolbi Edens and 4 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, September 23, 2021 at 11:00 AM at  Providence First United Methodist Church in Providence with Bro. Jeff Graham officiating.  Burial will be in White Oak Cemetery in Clay.  Visitation will be Wednesday, September 22, 2021 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay and Thursday 9:00 AM til service time at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to First United Methodist Church, c/o Judy Mitchell, P O Box 66, Providence, KY 42450 envelopes will be available at the funeral home and the church.
