Survivors include 2 Daughters Lisa Foe Winstead of Dixon, KY Missy Foe Meadows of Poole, KY 2 Sisters Phyllis Shoulders of Henderson, KY and Helen Roberts of Allen Park, MI., 5 Brothers Forrest Foe of Nortonville, KY, Sammie Foe of Henderson, KY, Billy Foe of Ringold, GA, Jaime Foe of Rockwood, MI, and Glenn Foe of Trenton, MI, 3 Grandchildren and 1 Great-grandchild Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY.  Burial will be in Ilsley Cemetery in Ilsley, KY.
