Lynda Carol Caudill, 49, of Clay, KY passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, KY. She was a member of Wheatcroft Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Wheatcroft, KY. She was an employee at Time Warner Cable where she was an office manager for over 30 years. She is survived by husband of 20 years David Caudill of Clay, KY 1 Daughter Emily Rose Caudill of Clay, KY.  Her parents Philip and Rose Fritz of Providence, KY 1 Brother Greg Fritz of Providence, KY  God Son Matthew Benton of Providence, KY. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Dale Williams and Bro. Barry Cullen officiating.  Burial will be in New Clay Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Monday, December 28, 2015 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM til service time on Tuesday at the funeral home.
