Malcolm Martin Brown 91, of Providence, KY passed away Tuesday June 23, 2015 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Clay, KY since 1979, where he  also was a deacon. He was preceded in death by his brother Hubert Brown and a sister Bonnie McConnell. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Anna Etta Brown of Providence, KY., 1 Daughter Jeanetta Brown of Providence, KY., 1 Son Kivil Brown of Slaughters, KY., 5 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday June 25, 2015 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. James Taylor and Bro. Earl Reeves officiating and burial to follow in Rocksprings Cemetery in Wheatcroft, KY. Visitation will be Wednesday June 24, 2015 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Thursday 9:00 AM til service time.
