Margaret June Springer, 82 of Crown Point, IN formerly of Sturgis, KY passed away March 6, 2020 at her residence.

Margaret was born September 2, 1937 in Sturgis, KY to the late Pack and Margaret Farthing.

She retired from Smith Chevrolet in Hammond, IN where she was an accountant for 57 years.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Crown Point, IN.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Bill Springer in 2003 and a brother Buzz Settle.

Survivors include her daughter Cindy Springer of Crown Point, IN 1 sister Joan Brantley (Harry) of Lansing, IL and 2 sister-in-laws Bonnie Springer of Morganfield, KY and Kathy Springer of Madisonville, KY.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay with Brother Dale Williams officiating.  Burial will be in New Clay Cemetery in Clay.  Visitation will be Saturday, March 14, 2020 11:00 AM til service time at the funeral home.
