S. Marshall Heady, 76, of Blackford, KY passed away Monday, June 23, 2014 at Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville, KY. He attended Oak Grove Cumberland Presbyterian Church located near Blackford, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years Katie Catherine Heady.  He is survived by two daughters, Tammy Rich of Uniontown, KY, Vickie Pritchett of Clay, KY, two sons, Mark Heady of Blackford, KY, Richard Heady of Clay, KY, one sister, Nancy Heady Lacy of Marion, KY, nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and many beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, June 28, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Rev. James V. Fulton and Bro. Bob Jernigan officiating.   Burial to follow in Blackford Cemetery in Blackford, KY. Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2014 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY.
