Mary Charlene Bumpus, 95 of Clay, KY passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at NHC Healthcare in Madisonville, KY.

She was a member of Little Zion General Baptist Church in Dixon, KY.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years Lee "Dick" Bumpus of Clay, KY 1 Daughter Jill Pinkston (Chris) 2 Sons Terry Bumpus of Morganfield, KY and Michael Jenkins of Henderson, KY 1 Brother Wilburn Shields of Clay, KY 4 Grandchildren James Lee Pinkston, Jason Bumpus, Frank Jenkins and Cindy Fones 1 Great-grandchild Lane Jenkins.

Funeral Services will be Friday, February 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Dr. Curt Yarbrough and Bro. Justin Cardwell officiating.  Burial will be in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Thursday, February 23, 2017 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday 8:00 AM til service time at Vanover Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions can be made to St. Anthony's Hospice, 2410 South Green Street, Henderson, KY 42420 envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
