Olivia "Libby" Smith, 51 of Madisonville passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024

at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson.

Libby was born on January 3, 1973 to Donnie and Debra Cardwell in Henderson.

Libby was a beautician and was employed at the Snooty Fox in Madisonville.

Survivors include husband of 17 years Carold "Smitty" Smith, her parents Donnie and Debra Cardwell of Slaughters, daughter Shelby Fryar (Chris), 1 brother Andy Cardwell both of Madisonville, 4 grandchildren Jadyn, Wyatt, Avery, Sawyer Hill and 2 step-grandchildren Brantley and Chloe Fryar.

Funeral services will be Saturday, September 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay.  Burial will be in Slaughters Cemetery in Slaughters. Visitation will be Saturday at 10:00 AM till service time at the funeral home.
