Oranetta Sandefur Parker

Oranetta Sandefur Parker, born on December 19, 1958, in Evansville, passed away on May 9, 2026, at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. She was a dedicated and skilled manager, having led operations at both the Dollar Store and the EZ Shop in Providence with commendable professionalism.

Ms. Parker’s life was marked by her commitment to both her career and family. She is survived by her devoted daughter Jo Beth Parker of Nortonville and her son Cody Parker (Kelley) of Madisonville. Her legacy continues through her five grandchildren: Landon Graham, Lance Graham, Coleby Parker, Joby Parker, and Whitney Morgan, who carry forward the values she instilled in them.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Eddie “PAC” Parker, and her parents, whose memory she cherished deeply.

A memorial service to honor Oranetta Sandefur Parker will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Vanover Funeral Home, located at 9000 KY-132 in Clay, Kentucky.  Visitation will be Wednesday 10:00 AM till service time at the funeral home.
