Pat Hammack 65, of Providence, KY passed away Wednesday January 28, 2015 at her home. She was a member and Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Church in Clay, KY since the early 1980's. She worked for KY Delta Rural Project as a  Specialist for 13 years. Survivors include her husband of 33 years Ken Hammack  3 Sons James H. Davis and his wife Tisa of Danville, IN Josh Hammack and his wife Robin of North Port, Florida and Ryan Hammack and his wife Cameron of Providence, KY 5 Grandchildren Kennedy Davis, Halle Hammack, Lyla Hammack, Adalyn Hammack, and Aubree Hammack. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church in Clay, KY with Bro. Jeff McMain and Bro. James Taylor officiating with burial in Fraser-Blackwell Cemetery in Clay, KY.  Visitation will be Friday, January 30, 2015 from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the First Baptist Church in Clay, KY and from 8:00 AM til service time at the church on Saturday.
