Phillip Anthony Williams, 61 of Savannah, GA passed away Monday September 1, 2025 at Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, IN.

Phillip was born in Madisonville, KY on June 1, 1964 to the late Larry Casey Williams and Phyllis Stewart.  He was A United States Army Veteran, he was a member of the American Legion Post 135 in Savannah, GA, where he was the founder of Chess for Vets. He was a realtor for EXP Reality in Savannah. He was a Draftsman and an Architect. He was also a member of Skidaway Community Church in Savannah, GA.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by one brother Casey Williams in 2019 and wife Beverly in 2023

Survivors include 1 sister Tabitha McCulloch (Steve) of Clay, KY,2 brothers Tim Williams of Frankfort, KY and Charles Casteel of Texas, girlfriend Rhonda Howard of Evansville, IN. Neice Tyler McCulloch and Nephew Wade McCulloch

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Grace Baptist Church in Clay, KY from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Skidaway Community Church in Savannah, GA.  Reception to follow after the service.
