Phyllis Ann Groves, 64, of Clay, KY passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Evansville, IN. She was employed with the Webster County Board of Education as a school bus driver for 24 years. She is preceded in death by a son Jerry Wayne and a sister Sharon Beckner both in 2009. She is survived by her husband of 46 years Jerry Groves of Clay, KY 1 Son Glen Groves and his wife Jennifer of Clay, KY 2 Sisters Joyce Beckner and her husband Kenny of Marion, KY and Carolyn Waddell and her husband Mike of Wheatcroft, KY 1 daughter-in-law Radrena Groves of Morganfield, KY 2 Grandchildren Wesley and Anna Groves. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Kenny Beckner officiating.  Burial will be in Blackford Cemetery in Blackford, KY.  Visitation will be Monday, August 3, 2015 3:00 PM til 8:00 PM and from 9:00 AM til service time on Tuesday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Blackford Cemetery Fund envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
