He was Baptist and a Heavy Equipement operator, He is survived by 3 sisters Helen Marie Wilson of Dawson Springs, KY., Sarah "Tootsie" Huggins of Utica, KY and Anna Mae Grisham of Evansville, IN., 2 Brothers Jerry Lee Fulcher of Evansville, IN and Walter Fulcher of  Dawson Springs, KY Private Graveside services were held Thursday August 8, 2013 at Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole, KY.
